Keep losing service

In may 2024 Verizon switched to 5g in may area. I and all my phones (4) kept getting dropped from the network. Almost everyday. In calls out of calls . Not knowing if it was working. Even missed emergency calls about heart attacks. The situation continues to this day. Verizon offered 20$ per line then management denied it. Now 5 months still going on. 1 Galaxy 22 , 2 iPhone 15, and iPhone 13 . So it is not phone specific. 

I have turned off phones reset phones reset network still the issues continue. Can't even use wifi calling when this happens. 

Verizon says they will escalate the issue nothing ever happens. No one ever calls back until I get so upset I'm back on tech for hours trouble shooting. 

I went to a Verizon direct store. They did the same thing that I have been told to do every month since May. Verizon basically takes your money .

I just read that on here that the issue is known they just choose not to fix it. 

Not a fan of at&t but it can't be worse.
