I live in an apartment building in Chelsea on 10th Avenue in New York, zip 10001. My neighbors and I haven’t had cell phone service for three days; 99.9% of the time the service has been out. Last week, my service was out at least 50% of the day, and I kept experiencing dropped calls.
I checked my network status several times today…it just says that Verizon is looking into it.
Other people in our area are having problems too (it’s not just the people who live in my building).
I’ve been out in my neighborhood today in the 10001 zip code. It appears to be a big problem in other areas of the zip code. What is going on?
Hello, ottothebear, sorry to hear you and your neighbors have been experiencing issues with service recently. When checking the network status, we are showing that service has been restored in the area. Are you still running into issues now? If so, is this still happening with your neighbors' service too?
