Imagine my surprise to find than my community that has over 500 homes has no 4g or 5g coverage at all. Nobody can get it.
what is the process for asking Verizon to bring the community beyond 1998 standards?

We know how important it is to have your service up and running, we'll be glad to help out. In this case the LTE service is the same as the 4G service. If you are having any issues with your devices, please provide us with additional details, and we'll be happy to help out.

If the coverage map shows no coverage whatsoever for your ZIP code, can't hurt to list the ZIP code in question so Verizon can at least see there's an expansion opportunity. In the meantime, you'll have to use another provider.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

My perspective is I can get bad service a lot cheaper than Verizon.

T-Mo said they would notify whoever handles this in their organization. First one to activate 5G in my community will get my business. And who knows how many residents of the area. It’s in the thousands. I’ve learned that mobile coverage is some kind of joke within the community.
