Network disruptions for days - Hollywood FL

This message has been up for days on the check network status page.   Chat and calling into VZW support are useless.  The agents have no idea there is a problem here even when I tell them.  They will spend all day trying to troubleshoot your phone when the problem is the network.  Signal this entire week has been in and out and 5G in this area is rarely seen.  We live in a 5GUW area.    Many of my friend have VZ and same problem.   How can I actually get an answer what the problem is and when it will be fixed.  I am ready to move to another carrier.

Coverage in my area still stinks.   I can drive a couple of miles south and get 5G UW up to a GB!   Pretty much works anywhere but where I live in a heavy populated area.    My area is clearly on the 5G UW MAP.    I never see 5G on my phones even outside.  Every time I try to get assistance a support agent wants to troubleshoot my phone.  It is not my phone, it's the network. I just picked up a new iPhone 15 and same issues.  What do I need to do to get a real answer on the coverage issue?    If one more rep asks me to restart my phone or reset my network settings for the 20th time I am going to lose my mind.

The area in yellow is horrible.   No 5G only LTE 33027 Area Code.  This is Verizon's coverage map.

Hello there. We would love to take a closer look at your situation. May we have your address? Does this network issue occur indoors or outdoors?
