Verizon Team,
We are a new build out on Eastcliff Drive in Fair Oaks Ca, 2 neighbors already switched to ATT due to bad service. I have an extender in my home provided by VZW but it becomes worthless if the internet is down. Can you guys please send a tech out here? It’s sad that the rest of the town as pockets of 5GUW and we live with practically zero bars in our area.

Getting more cell phone towers added is a long process and will take a while. If your ISP has frequent outages causing your Verizon extender to not work, I'd look into getting a new ISP, investing in a 3rd party signal booster system compatible with Verizon (these systems do not need an ISP to work), or porting your number (sorry, Verizon).

Makes sense, been with these guys 25 years so maybe it is time to port the number elsewhere

You're welcome. 25 years is a lot of loyalty...it's too bad your new neighborhood is a Verizon dead zone! Sadly, every carrier will have this problem somewhere. ☹️
