No 5G signal on S21 Ultra 5G

I just activated my new unlimited 5G plan on Verizon on 01/05/2022. My phone is an unlocked Samsung S21 Ultra 5G which I bought from the Samsung store. My previous sim was with ATT, a prepaid plan. Ever since I got my 5G sim from Verizon, I only get LTE and LTE+ data signal on my phone when the place I live at, Pearland, TX, has coverage for 5G. I don't have the network mode setting in my settings app so I don't know how to enable 5G. This needs to be fixed.

I have this same issue, same phone. It has always gotten 5g and within the past month nothing but 4g. Seems to have happened after the latest updates.
