No service at home-I pay for a landline but important calls inevitably go to my iPhone. I’ve called & “chatted” with Verizon and the service is so incredibly bad and takes so much time that I give up because it is so upsetting. I can never speak to a person. How can this be?! Time to change- this is outrageous.
