We have been with Verizon for almost 10 years and the service at our home is HORRIBLE. If I look at the map it says our home is covered by 5G, but it is not. The other night our internet went out and I couldn’t even load an app and it only said LTE in the corner of the phone. If I don’t have internet, I basically can’t make any calls or texts if I’m not connected to the internet.

We're sorry to hear that you're having problems with your service at home. Are you only having these problems inside or outside as well? How far do you need to go before your service improves?

Our entire development has poor coverage. The coverage map says we have 5G, however when I am not connected to internet I barely have one bar of LTE coverage.
