I have a 5G phone and I am having issues with my 5G service. At times throughout the day I will enter a 5G zoon. But I will have only one or two bars of 5G service. I will try to browse the Internet but it will say cant connect or no internet. My first question is. Is this normal? And my second question is. Is there a way to turn off the 5G service so I at least get 4GLTE so I am able to use my phone? My last question is when I do get good signal of 5G it's not that fast and sometimes 4GLTE is faster. Do I need a new SIM Card or is this how VZW 5G is right now?
