My daughter is unable to access any apps when she is inside her school. Yes, I know you are going to say that the school blocks things and I’m sure they do. However, she does not go on the wifi and her phone will show 3-4 bars and she can’t load any app or website besides iMessage. We have done everything . Reset everything. She has deleted and reinstalled apps. Just super frustrating that she is unable to use them even during downtime. I have been with Verizon since 2000 and have never had a service issue like this.

That is indeed odd that your daughter is unable to use apps while at school, Klo1335. We're here to help. What happens when she attempts to load an app or webpage? What happens if she tries to use phone calls or text messages (including iMessage)? Any issues with apps outside of school?
