So I have done all the trouble shooting to fix it. Realized it's a location problem with a tower. Support has told me it's a dead zone. I need this to work and it hasn't been a problem in my current location until a week ago. I'm so disappointed with Verizon at the moment. I'm currently shopping around for a need cellphone service. I can't see paying money for something that supposed to work and isn't.
