Why is reception so bad in West Palm Beach, FL? Can barely get 1 bar and most of time SOS when ever in this area. Totally unacceptable. It’s been this way for at least a year.
It's certainly important to have service you can rely on! Are you seeing the SOS message at a particular location? Does this happen both indoors and out? Can you please provide the zip code where you're running into an issue so we can take a closer look?
