I live in the south hills of Pittsburgh and we have not had any service for the 3 days. Our police force uses Verizon for their computers and when the are in our neighborhood, they have no service. This is ridiculous and I’m about ready to go to a different carrier.
ScottH69, we take pride in being your wireless service provider, and would never want to lose your preference. 3 days without service is far too long, and we would love to take a closer look into these service issues right away. To best assist, we'll be sending a Private Message.
