Not impressed! Internet service

My tv would randomly loss connection when watching tv and say I need to reset or say check your internet connection.

Then my auto pay was set up and still charged me the rate without the discount. Talked to an agent about it and stated the same things that my auto pay is active and it’s linked to my checking and already pulled the amount “automatically with autopay”. So there was a glitch in the software.  Then they said they aren’t capable of refunds for the extra amount only credits, so I canceled and they magically are able to refund me for the whole month. Just the whole interaction was poor customer service and influenced me to cancel the account on top of the other issues. Taking my business elsewhere. 

Overall experience, internet works good when on iPad, not well with tv like  watching Netflix, and poor customer service.
