This is simply just a rant i have tried to look for an email address because these chats simply does not help at all, i moved over to verizon from metro pcs paying $60 a month to now paying more than $200 simply because I was expecting better service but i was wrong im at work all week and i cannot use my devices if it is not connected with the WIFI its just unbelievable so much that i am paying to not be able to use it and having to wait to get signal if i am not connected it is HORRIBLE !
