I have been with Verizon over 17 years. I am currently on a family plan. I will be leaving! The store I go to is locked all the time when I go to it with employees in it. I have continuous bad network service since they have switched to the 5G network. I tried several attempts to call customer service and tech support. Customer service wants to sell me another plan that claims it has better 5G coverage then the 5G I have now. How is that possible?
I have gone days without service and no compensation at all for our inconvenience.
The store in Poinciana Florida is the worse where they hang signs on the front door saying the network is down and sign saying temp closed. This is the way we handle business. I wish I could post the numerous photos of this incompetent store who also never answers there phones. The recording says they are helping other customers while I stand at their door watching them walk around the store with their door locked and no customers in it! Wow!
Verizon needs to bring their call centers back to the US in order to help the people they are serving!
While talking to tech department instead of addressing the day long outage and other issues she tried selling me a new phone instead of helping with the issues at hand. WOW!
Bad Form Verizon. You use to be good!
