Poor Signal 80224

I switched to Verizon back in May from TMobile. I chose Verizon due to (what I knew to be) best connection no WIFI issues etc. My mistake. My phone (not even a year old Motorola) is having the same "issues" that I saw other people in other states having. Like exactly. I haven't had 5G (that I pay for of course) since I switched to Verizon. Phone randomly has 0 signal which there's always a"spot" in your residence that gets the best signal. Except I got super lucky where there's isn't just one spot.Signal bounces around more than a toddler throwing a bouncy ball. Bars and network fluctuate drastically even with the phone in the same spot. As of right now I have almost full bars which is the first time since I switched. This is the exact same spot I was in when I barely had 1 bar and my phone was barely functioning.

In these cases Id like to get a credit/ partial refund on my bill every time I don't have 5G or have extremely poor or no service.

It's abominable that you pay for a service and the company isn't required to give you what you pay for and/ or provide compensation to make up for the lack of being able to use it.

For reference I live in the middle of Denver. I have 2 (maybe 3) towers that are so close...and I have 0 service.

Hope I don't have an emergency where I have to call 911....thanks Verizon๐Ÿ˜Ž if I have a fire or something worse this is your heads-up my phone payment will be late๐Ÿ˜

Cheers!
