Poor coverage

This year I've noticed more and more spots where my coverage drops in the central Ohio area. I've always stayed with Verizon because when I travel for work they have the most reliable coverage but this year it just isn't the case. Now I'm the one that cannot connect without WiFi or while I'm driving the signal will continually drop and reconnect, causing issues on calls and navigation.
I have family members on my plan and they've noticed the same in the NE Ohio area.
I've seen other posts on this topic but wanted to put something to allow Customer service to get some particulars to see if there is anything I can do our that can be done to help our service.
Thanks!

Not wanting to start a new topic, I have the same issue. My street used to have great coverage but something changed. Besides this forum is there other ways to report spotty coverage?
