I have been a Verizon customer for 10 years, and the issues you have with providing 5G internet on my cell in Gulf Shores has led me to begin searching for another carrier. Every single day without fail my internet will drop to no signal for 3-4 hrs. No reason whatsoever. It's almost as if Verizon switches it off. It honestly seems I should be refunded money because Verizon cannot uphold their contract and provide the service I am paying for. Verizon has become nothing short of a ripoff when they were once the best cell service. I need to find out what has to be done to switch carriers.

@rmdreib We are sorry to read about the issue you're having with your service in your area. How far from that area do you have to travel to get better service? What troubleshooting steps have you tried? ~Peter
