Reception in Lake Havasu City has dropped over the past several months.
We have gone from having the best signal to the very worst. signal is 1 bar in town.
the latest reply was Parker has a better signal. "Wow" I don't live in Parker.
I think it's time for a change..... Friends have T-Mobil and it works great.

It'd be disheartening to have you leave us, especially if there's not been any troubleshooting done related to the problem. It's something for sure we'd be happy to help with. To learn more about this signal trouble can you share with me, where its more often happening, indoors or when you're out and about?

I am going through the same thing in Connecticut. I have been a VZW customer since 2004. I always had great service but now I mostly have 1 to 2 bars when I am able to get connected before it drops. 3-4 bars usually means I won’t have data or cellular. I’m leaving too. I’m taking my 8 devices and going to AT&T.

We know how important it is to stay connected. When did this problem start? Could you provide us with additional details of the issues you are having?
