Hi - I would like to report a serious dead zone for Verizon in Erie PA 16508. Multiple schools (kids) and businesses exist in this area, and the lack of 5G service often means next to no actual service or bars for phone users here. Hoping someone can suggest how to get Verizon to address? I got disconnected on a call to customer service IN THE PARKING LOT because the signal is so bad and it's been like this for months.
