Service in Hammond Louisiana

Service used to be excellent in Hammond Louisiana 5G all the time.  It hands down beat ATT in the area.  For the past two months we have not been able to get any service so bad that we either have 1X service or no service at all.   Did Verizon change it's towers because we have had excellent service for more than 5 years and now the whole town of Hammond is a dead zone.  Please fix it.
