We haven't had 5G or 4G since Saturday! My phone keeps dropping calls and I have to send texts sometimes 3X to get them through! I use this as my work phone so all the while it's down is costing me money.
I have been with Verizon for over 2 decades but am seriously considering a switch.

I didn’t notice the 5 g missing but now I do. 99% of my outgoing calls fail the first 2 tries then on the 3rd they go. Everyone who calls me goes straight to my voicemail. Indoors our outdoors. My daughter who has her phone on my plan experiences it and friends that have AT&T also have the same issue getting through to me. And I just got word that someone has been texting me this morning but I got nothing.

happens indoors - happens outdoors. In Winchester and in Lexington. On my phone and on my husband's phone. Calls drop. Calls cant come through. Have to be on wireless to get anything to work.

Sorry you've been experince that trouble, though glad that making use of Wi-FI is helping out. Can you confirm what state you're having those issues in? That way I can check on things, and see if there's anything currently wrong in the area.

My wifi has been horrible at my house for several weeks . I have done everything possible to try to fix. Other members in the family in same house do not have Verizon for mobile provider and theirs are fine .
