I would not recommend using verizon for phone services at all. I traded in my Samsung s22 ultra for the new Samsung s24 ultra and right after my service was horrible. I also traded in my galaxy watch 3 for the Samsung galaxy watch ultra and was told it could be used as a stand alone watch but they could not switch it to a stand alone. Also if my phone data was turned off because I was using wifi I could not receive messages or calls on my watch. The new phone could not receive phone calls or text messages and everytime I called to have it fixed they would tell me they fixed it and then I would stop working again. I called four times to have the issue resolved and they could not fix it so finally I switched to t-mobile and I have been happy every since then. Now verizon wants to charge me 1,800.00 to pay off phone and keep my old phone that I traded in plus will not let me return the phone that did not work. The manager told me they don't make money unless I sign up for services so I can't have my credits taken off phone unless I switch back to them.
