Slow inconsistent data

Where does  Verizon take requests for improving their network coverage? 
the network in my town is incredibly slow and inconsistent.

I have replied to your private note multiple times over the last few weeks with no follow up. Please follow up on this. I tried to post evidence of this and the image was rejected by a moderator as conversations in PMs are not allowed to be posted on this forum . 

Oddly enough, it isn't a conversation until someone replies, so it looks like it shouldn't have been rejected.

I live in Hernando, Florida.  My wife and I moved here from Santa Fe, NM, where we had fairly good signal reception. At our home in Hernando, we never get above 1 bar. All our calls use our in-house wifi, texting is incredibly slow, and it takes up to 5 minutes to send an image.  Can you help?
