I have been without service for more than 2 days now I have raised multiple tickets with multiple customer support representatives and called multiple times but no help. My ticket number is:

Verizon
They are not even providing me with a transfer pin and the portal is not letting me generate one so I'm not even able to port out of Verizon.
Please resolve this ASAP otherwise I will switch this to a post on social media.
