Had AT&T for 3 years with iPhone XRs with no issues. Service everywhere, no dropped calls, texts sent very easily.
Switched to Verizon 5G in December 2022 and got new iPhone 14's and iPhone 14 Plus and have had nothing but issues since the service transferred. If we don't have Wi-Fi, none of the four of us can make calls/send texts, go on the internet or do anything on our phones even though the 5G is showing. When we leave the house, where we used to have service/be able to do anything, we can't make calls/send texts or go on the internet. We need to be able to do these things on the go. I thought that was the whole point of the 5G network?
Does anyone know what the issue is or know of a fix? I've complained to Verizon and they just tell me we need to get a network extender for our home, which I would do if it simply just didn't work in our home. But it's everywhere we go if we don't have wi-fi, we can barely do anything.
Help please! We're at our wits end.

ejjoyce22, we appreciate these details. As thsi is happening with all of your lines I know that it is imperative that you have the needed services You mentioned that this happens no matter where you are, are you typically within a few miles of the home address or are we speaking of a braoder area of multiple cities? When going to the Settings, Cellular is the Cellular Data on or off? Are you able to receive calls or text messages with Wi-Fi off? When going to the Settings, General, About are there any updates waiting? If so, may I have you completed these updates and let us know if there is any change? -Loren
