I switched to Verizon from T-Mobile a few weeks ago. Service has been very poor since switching. Agent before I switched confirmed there is good coverage in my area including 5G but I never had more than 2 bars, usually 1. Same for the 4 others on my plan. There are several spots in downtown Seattle where we lost all coverage and were on SOS. Was with T-Mobile for 15+ years and never had any service issues unless I was away from major cities or towns. Is this typical with Verizon? I’m thinking I’ll have to switch back before the first 30 days are over because my phone doesn’t even work well in my house.

It's working at the moment but I'm still having issues intermittently and only receiving 1 or 2 bars at home and calls are cutting in and out.

Same here. I switched from att to verizon this year and it's absolutely terrible in LA no matter where you are. You get basically no service and verizon is worthless right now. My data is either not connected or very slow in ktown, dtla, west LA, malibu...even when it says 5Guw it is slow......I dont know what verizon has done but...its jst not acceptable.

The 5g map is pure fiction. I’m in an area blanketed on the map and at best get one bar of lte. Sick of these lies, we’re moving our family plan to AT&T.
