Has anyone else noticed how bad Verizon's service has become over the last year? The 5G is slower than 3G and the service has overall become super unreliable. Of course the solution from customer service is to upgrade to an unlimited plan, but I'm already getting ripped off paying for service that is spotty at best, why would I want to pay more?
