***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Unable to use data connection on 5G network

I have a Samsung S20+ 5G and my wife has a S21+ 5G and both of us have 2-3 bars of 5G service according to our phones anytime we are in 5G coverage for this thread I will use a local area with 5G for a reference, 14830 (Corning, NY) anytime we attempt to use our mobile data, pages won't load, apps requiring data connection wont load, SMS will not send, but we have not attempted to call while within the 5G coverage. We have the Unlimited plan with Verizon that says it includes 5G service.

Both of us have tried resetting the mobile data connection multiple times with no avail.

Curious if anyone else has encountered this issue and how they fixed it.
