Been with Verizon for 20+ years and never had a problem with service until recently. For the pas year Verizon service around our house is unusable.
Internet as slow as dialup and phone calls frequently missed. When we lose power and the entire neighborhood switches from WiFi to cell it is impossible to use the internet. Thankfully we also have an AT&T mifi that works great.
Contacted Verizon via chat about the issue and they asked if I have land where they can build a tower. There is a tower less than a mile away zip 48188 on Ridge Rd.
Same frustration in zip 48212. Unless we are using wifi we have no service.
