Where did 5G service go in Lynchburg VA?

Hello! 

So first let me say this is not an issue with my phone as all 8 lines in the account are permanently on LTE the last few weeks. 

I have contacted customer care and they kept trying to troubleshoot my phone but again, it’s not my phone.  

Was 5G turned off at my address or something? We had excellent 5G signal for several months and then it just vanished. Now we don’t get any 5G signal unless we go on the other side of the neighborhood which is strange.

I upgraded my plan and everything to take advantage of 5G service but the service disappeared after 2-3 months.  I am told there’s no outage or issues in the area so I am genuinely confused.

Hello, bdr85, we know it's important to get the best service available. As far as service, are you referring to coverage in your home? When looking at Lynchburg, I'm showing the majority of the area is under LTE coverage. When pulling up your specific address on our coverage map: https://www.verizon.com/coverage-map/ what does it show for service?
