All of the phones on my account and on my stepdaughters accounts are so slow when on 5G services. Most of the time it is pointless for me to try and use my phone while on 5G for anything besides streaming music. It will be working to stream music but can't load a webpage or use an app to pay for gas at the pump. If I am on 4G LTE or wifi it loads fast. Just today I was trying to log in to a webpage and order something. Over 10 minutes for the page to load. Then took another 5 minutes just to sign in. Went in work where I connected to their network extenders that give me 4G LTE service and I was able to complete the entire transaction in under 2 minutes.
