For the last year my cell service in my area is so bad. It was very good for a long time and for the last year my phone finds poor service. I have a top of the line phone so it is not the phone. I live and work in a very populated area so a strong cell tower is needed.
I have had hundreds of conversations with other Verizon customers in my area and they all show me the same issue.
I have ordered the more expensive service and I have the very best phone.
I have not experienced this poor of service since I first got a cell phone in regards to poor connections, waiting to look at messages, opening emails, using apps and making calls.
How do I go about expressing the concern and intent that I made need to leave Verizon if this is not corrected?
Please help as I do not really want to change away from Verizon which had been normally the best service is now behind the competitors in my general area.
