calls are garbled, still

I am a Verizon customer of 3 years and have had no luck in finding a solution for calls being garbled.  When I am at home,  regardless if I make or receive a call, the call will always sound garbled this happens to myself sounding garbled to the person I am talking to and the other person sounding garbled to me.  When this happens I have to hang up.  often times then when I try to immediately call back, I will receive a "server unreachable", or a "no response, timed out", or a "cellular network not available" message.  Approximately 2 out of 10 times my service works fine t home, it's the other 80% of the time it's un useable.  I reset network settings, have replaced the SIM, tried e-SIM.  Moved to be closer to a window, even outside my home on the driveway or patio, no difference from inside my home.  Galaxy S22, S24, Pixel 8. A trouble ticket was submitted with the resolution being, "The customer location is served by cell sites that see period of heavy congestion. Coverage at this location is expected to be fair and challanges can be expected. Customer is experiencing slow speeds due to cell site congestion. Congestion is not depriortization and occurs when the cell site's utilization exceeds the cell site's capacity. Congested cell sites can cause anyone, no mtter what plan or device they are on, to experience slower speeds until kthe congestion clears up, which could be hours or seconds".   This response that I received via chat message however mentions speeds.  The data speed at home is  n/a because I am on wifi.  How relevant is that resolution that I posted above?  Would that make sense does that resolution apply to voice as well as data?  I appreciate any clarification you can provide.  My phone is not useable at home and regrettably I have to switch carries.

Did you ever get this resolved? I have this same issued going on 4 years. I have multiple lines and mine is the only one affected.  I've tried everything as well, including new SIM, upgraded phone etc
