Cellular service in Concord MA has become worse recently to the point that most of town has no coverage for calls or data. Please fix.

Ser vice has been getting worse for the past year both at my house and throughout town. Cannot make calls without wifi. I have a Samsung Galaxy S21+ and my family have iPhones.

It happens inside and outside throughout most of town. Some areas show a bar of 4g, but I have nothing in my house
