5/30/2024 Our 5G service on Apple iPhone 13s has been miserable for three weeks in Shaker Heights, Ohio, 44120. We have only two bars and when we step outside the house to improve service, the bars will randomly drop to 0. If we use Airplane Mode to restart the network settings, the bars will jump to 3 for about 30 seconds and then drop back to 1-2. Every call we make or receive drops. I am seeing Facebook posts from neighbors in this community complaining about the rapid disintegration of Verizon service. Many report much better quality from T-Mobile and Mint Mobile. AT&T customers also note their service is fine. What has changed with Verizon to lead to this severe issue?
