Over a month now, I did not receive any email for amazon dot promotion. I did receive sms about the stream TV but the code is wrong and not unique one. Try to call CS and keep forward to different department from sale to rebate to billing and come to CS. And the new loop becomes. Spend more then 5 hr today on phone with over 10 persons in different department. Each person spend with me less the five and forward to next department and wait at least 45 min and another person told me I was in wrong department.
Any one can help! Which department should I Call?
Stream box is pretty pointless since smart tvs have that capability built in. In my state min wage is $12 an hour. 5 hours spent on trying to get a $50 echo dot would have equated to $60. As they say time is money and that much time isn't not worth the trouble.
We certainly do apologize for the trouble with this. This situation would be handled by Amazon directly as we don't have a way to redeem this for you. I would recommend contacting their customer service department.
