So, I logged into my Verizon account, and I don't have a 911 address on my WIRELESS account. I have no 'connected devices' so that web page is useless. So, the Verizon activation process is completely broken. Facebook Messenger chat is totally unresponsive, as is Twitter.
I'm two hours into this and at a brick wall.
I cannot be the first person to try this!?!?!?!?
The Apple store folks told me they'd seen this before, but had no answer.
It is CLEARLY a Verizon issue
