Verizon wireless employee hyped up my parents to get the Zagg Shield Screen Protectors! FREE REPLACEMENT! They say! FREE IS FREE! But when I went to get a replacement for my Dad, SURPRISE you need to pay for shipping! $5.99-$24.99! Verizon employee should have clearly stated free replacement but you have to pay for shipping! Mind you they bought 2 screen protectors 1 for $29.99 and the other for $44.99!
Hello tbnk85, it breaks our heart to see you in this dilemma, the last thing we want is for you to have a negative impression of us. Please tell us more, what exactly happened to the screen protector? Did your Dad replace it?
The top cracked. They hype this screen protector as the toughest. I don't think so. No my Dad hasn't replaced his screen protector yet. Im not sure if paying Zagg another $5.99-$24 to ship my FREE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT is worth it.

In this case, the information provided was correct that there is no charge for the protector but we would have no information on if there is a charge and if so how much for shipping the protector. We certainly want to make sure you can get everything taken care of with replacing the protector on your device.
My problem is worse. They say a lifetime warranty on invisashield. I have a Samsung S7 and so does my husband. I went to the local Zagg store and they are out of stock. I went on-line. They are out of stock and the message say to call customer service. From 10 am until 8:30 pm the line is busy.
My kids have Samsung S10's and they are also out of stock, but an upgrade is available. If they do not stand behind the 4 products we have, why would I give them more money.
This is very concerning to hear, heidi2. I always want to make sure that my screen protector is in good condition. Just to clarify, are your screen protectors with ZAGG currently damaged?
