I am extremely upset!!!

I purchased a Gizmo watch for my Grandchild in 2019. It was promoted as a smart watch with mobile connectivity, call enabled and GPS tracking. I have paid monthly for the ability to monitor his whereabouts in this uncertain day and time. On Saturday MARCH 7, 2020 the watch was lost or stolen while away from home.  It had a GPS failure and never updated his location. It never showed his destination for the night. I called Verizon tech support and they could NOT locate the watch. What if my grandson had been abducted and he couldn’t be located? That was the main purchase of this watch and monthly service payments. Verizon is unwilling to replace the Gizmo with updated software that must be necessary. 

DO NOT USE THIS AS A GPS TO KEEP YOUR CHILDREN SAFE!!!
