I recently bought a gear fit but the S health app isn't picking up the device. I have talked with Samsung at great lengths to no avail. Anyone having this issue? I've tried everything but now they want me to do a hard reset which I would prefer not doing.

It's essential to make sure your applications are functioning properly with your devices. I use applications like this too. We will get this fixed. Are you receiving any error messages? Have you tried to remove and reinstall the S Health application?
