I returned a product that I used a gift card for. I assumed I would get the credit back on my gift card. Returned it in new condition within the 30 days, no refund issued. Talked to an online rep and they said that could not refund the gift card so unfortunately I would be out the $86.99 that I paid using a gift card. So why did they even let me return it knowing I would be out the balance?!?!?! Is there anything else that can be done?!?!? Is this how business is done?!?!?

Thank you for offering your help. After talking to the 3rd customer service representative, they helped me fix the issue.
