Our Gizmo gadgets volume is off. When I went to app settings, it appeared it was saving the change in volume but after the screen said “saved” the volume was still at zero. Now I realize that none of my settings will save a change. Please help.
i was having the same problem. I deleted my Gizmo Hub app from my phone and then downloaded again. My settings now "save". But for some reason, I'm still having the problem of no sound coming out of the watch. However, at least the settings are visible on the app now. You might give that a try.
I am just seeing this response, however I did end up deleting the app and
reloading and have successfully changed the settings. Volume is working!
