I have a GizmoGadget for my son. It shows "No Contact" when he tries to call from it, even though my GizmoHub shows all of his contacts. When I try to factory reset his GizmoGadget from my GizmoHub, it says "Gizmo can't be reached." When I try to call his Gizmo from my phone, the Gizmo says out loud "Someone just tried to call you, but I can't answer until your parent sets me up". So, the network connection to the Gizmo is working, it knows its phone number, but it does not think it is set up or have access to its list of contacts. What should I do? Thanks.
