My child's Gizmo Watch works won't receive texts. Everything else seems to work: it can send texts (that are received on the other side), it can take incoming calls and make outgoing calls. But it won't receive any texts that are sent through the GizmoHub app. Please help!
I'll add that I changed the phone number (through Verizon website) when I first receive the phone a week ago. However I noticed that it still shows the *old* phone number in the settings, in the "About" section. Could this be causing the issue? Again, everything else (voice calling, sending texts) seems to work fine.
