***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Gizmo watch won’t charge or turn on

We have a gizmo watch that is approximately 2 years old. No damage, no cracks, no water damage, no damage to charger. It will not charge nor will it turn on. It is stuck on the screen with the g logo. We tried the factory reset by pressing the back button 9 times. Did not work. We tried removing the watch from the gizmo hub app in order to do a factory reset. Did not work. I would appreciate any help. Thanks!
