Started having charging issues with the watch after about a month. Read some tips on the forums on the community about cleanup the magnets on the back with rubbing alcohol. Works for a couple hours, then same issue happens
Called customer and tech support. They said they would send me a prepaid box with label. I would then have to ship the watch back to them for inspection. Then they would send me a replacement after it was inspected. They said it could be 3-4 weeks total with delays in shipping and staff with covid and the holidays.
Really verizon? 3-4 weeks with my son not having his watch for safety reasons when walking to and from school, which is the entire reason I purchased it??? Come on now. You can do better than this.
It clearly is a known issue. The community has discussions all over about these watches. The gizmo pal never had this issue 🤷🏼♀️
