Anyone else had trouble with the Gizmo 2? I got one for a child that immediately overheated. I returned it and have spent more than four hours trying to get a replacement, although I’m tentative since the agent told me this has been happening a lot. I’ve spent four hours trying to get a supervisor on the phone. I spoke to three people, each of whom provided a new order number, but nothing has shipped. So, does the product overheat? Is it worth waiting for someone to replace it or just cancel my whole family’s contract and look into another carrier with another product?
