My children's GizmoPal2s are no longer showing the address where they are located but instead only providing the GPS coordinates. While I think the GPS coordinates are helpful in some situations, it is extremely frustrating not to be able to see the actual address. Is there a way to change it back to street address rather than GPS coordinates?
DUCKYDUCKYDOO, I want to make sure we can help you get back on track to viewing your child's location.
Here are a few steps to take in efforts to get this fixed.
Please keep us posted with your outcome.
this did not fix it for me either. i did a factory reset, reinstalled the
app, and it worked for about 4 times that i tracked my son, then right back
to coordinates....never would have bought this if i knew this......very

In my case, my phone (Samsung S8) is showing GPS and not address, but my wife's phone (also S8) is showing the address when we track the same devices. We have three (2x gizmopal2, 1x gizmogadget), and all three are doing the same thing, GPS for me, address for my wife.
This points to a problem with a setting on the phone that's doing the tracking, and NOT the gizmogadget/gizmopal2 themselves.
I don't know what that is right now..... but I am trying to rule out the devices as the source of the problem, because from what I can experiment on my end, it's not the gizmos, but the tracking phones. If I find it, I'll post back to here.
We have having same exact problem. My husband is listed as the "primary
caretaker" and he is the only one that can get an address. All other
subsequent caregivers can only see coordinates. A factory reset fixed the
problem for about 4 tracks and then it reverted right back. I believe it is
a glitch in the app and not the physical device.
